The use of this web site and purchases made herein, are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please familiarize yourself with them. Your usage of our service indicates that you agree to all the terms and conditions listed below and have accepted them. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms, and conditions. Big Time Worldwide T LLC, Concert & Sports club of Southfield, MI reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Except as expressly stated herein, Big Time Worldwide LLC (herein referred to as the "LLC") makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the LLC’s sites. Except as expressly stated herein, expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to the LLC. arising from any product sold on the LLC's sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall the LLC's partners, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be held liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
2. Product availability.
Although the LLC provides most current and up to date listings of its ticket inventory and pricing, final cost of tickets to the neither consumer, nor ticket availability is guaranteed. Ticket prices and availability can and do change on hourly bases, and providing up to the minute information is impossible. In an event, where a customer has placed an order and the price increase has occurred, we will contact the customer before processing their order and verify the order. If price decreases occur, the customer will not be notified, but instead will be charged a lower amount. The LLC reserves the right to change ticket cost and availability at any time. The LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions or any other inaccuracies that may have been caused by transmission problems, communication problems, or acts of God.
3. Membership Agreement.
By buying tickets on this site you agree top abide by all the terms and conditions of our membership agreement which is available on request. A) It is understood by member that all sporting and concert tickets purchased by Member from the Club are procured by the Club on behalf of the member because of his/her specific request. There is no guaranty as to availability for all events. The Club will make a reasonable effort to find tickets for member. Member recognizes and specifically agrees to the fact that there is a transportation charge on ALL tickets. The transportation charge is not a fixed sum, it varies with the event and the location of seats. The transportation charge also includes the cost to the club to obtain the tickets acting as an implied Agent on behalf of Member. Member agrees to reimburse Club for these charges and specifically agrees to the fact that he/she is only paying face value for the tickets and that any excess amount will be for transportation and or/service charges. B) The club will try to get member the best seats(s) in each price range. C) Tickets can be put on layaway with a deposit. D) Deposits on coming events guarantees a ticket not a location. If member is not happy with the club's service for any reason, the deposit will be refunded. E) No refunds or exchanges after tickets are picked out. F) There is a 20% service charge if the event is cancelled or deposit refunded.
4. Privacy Policy
Big Time Worldwide respects your privacy. We will never sell your name or email address to anyone. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for purposes of doing business with you. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you; for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, share product information, and share company news and/or offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information, period.
5. Copyright and Trademark Notice
This site and all of its contents and elements are (c) 1998-2001 Big Time Worldwide LLC. The site cannot be reproduced, reverse-engineered without the written permission of the LLC. Any unauthorized viewing; transmitting or use of the source code contained within this site is prohibited. Any such activity will be deemed as criminal, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
6. Typographical & communication errors
The Internet as it exists today is not a 100% reliable means of transmission. Therefore, we are not responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or typographical errors, which includes all content contained within this site.
7. Payment Terms
Terms of payment shall be determined at the discretion of the LLC and otherwise agreed to by the LLC . Payment must be received by the LLC prior to the LLC’s acceptance of Customer's order. Payment shall be made by credit card, check or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable by our company. If payments are made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and the LLC shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
8. Links and Trademarks
This site contains links, references to and information, that may be proprietary to other parties that are no affiliated with the LLC. You acknowledge that the LLC is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site. The LLC agrees to remove any content that is at the time of publishing deemed to be public domain, and is no longer public domain. Please contact out customer service for any such request.
9. Order Verification
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
10. Sales Tax
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to their home state, as may be required by state law.
11. Return Policies
Although the products are sold as is and there are no refunds or exchanges, a customer should contact The LLC's customer service, and inquire about the options that might be available. This includes a consignment program, where the LLC will attempt to sell the tickets on customer's behalf. This program is not available for all events.
12. Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action brought against the LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the LLC's sites or through the LLC directly shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Oakland County, Michigan. |
