WHY BUY TICKETS FROM A TICKET BROKER
INSTEAD OF THE BOX OFFICE There are many reasons for this. By
shopping with us, you can avoid standing in line for hours before the show goes
on sale. In many cases you will find the show to be sold out or your seats to
be nowhere near the stage, all when you were close to the front of the line.
It’s a waste of your time and, of course the chances that the box office or an
agency such as Ticket Master can put you close to the stage are slim to none.
First of all, the show is never really sold
out. As a matter of fact, the best seats in the house are still out there. It
all depends on how much you want to spend, and how badly you want to be there.
This is because the first ten rows are usually reserved for the friends, family
and promoter/venues. The box office simply does not have access to those seats.
That’s where we come in. We have those seats..!!

WHO DETERMINES THE PRICES AND WILL I BE
GETTING A GOOD DEAL The prices are determined mainly on the
market supply and demand. It is important to understand that ticket holders
that sell their seats to us are the ones who set the prices. They are
influenced by availability and seating quality. We cannot guarantee “cheap”
seats or front row center every time. We can, however, guarantee that you will
find the best prices on the market that fit your budget and your preferred
location…
CAN I
PURCHASE AN ODD NUMBERS OF SEATS Odd number of seats is harder to come by.
You are better off buying an even number and finding an extra pal to bring
along. You can purchase any number of seats you like. Of course, if you are
interested in more than 8 seats, you should always make advanced arrangements
(preferably before the event goes on sale).
Also, if you would like to purchase a group package or a whole row of
seats, a small deposit may be required. This deposit will be refunded should
the tickets become unavailable or the show be cancelled.
HOW CAN I
PURCHASE TICKETS Buying tickets at Big Time Worldwide is as
easy as 1,2,3! All you do is give us a call at (800) 398-4253 or (248) 827-7678
if you are in Michigan. We will take your order over the phone. You may also
simply follow the instructions on our web site and the tickets will be shipped
directly to you. We only require a one-time fax of your license and credit card
in order to set up your account. That is strictly for the protection from
credit card fraud. It’s rare, but unfortunately does happen. Rest assured all
information is held in confidence. Your tickets will usually be sent via Fed ex
in a few short days. If you are in the Metro Detroit area, we have couriers who
can deliver your seats to your home or office. You may also swing by Big Time
and pick them up at our ticket counter.
IS IT SAFE
TO USE MY CREDIT CARD TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE The media has painted buying over the
Internet just as dangerous as handing your credit card to the first person you
see on the street. This is unrealistic and silly. The credit card fraud rate is
for retail purchases is significantly higher than those made over the Internet.
HOW WILL I
GET MY TICKETS Your tickets are shipped to you via Fed Ex
or UPS depending on your area. Usually, tickets are sent over night. If you are
located in the Metro Detroit area, we have couriers who will deliver your seats
directly to your home or office. We can also leave your tickets for you to pick
up at the venue drop off window. You may also prefer to come directly to Big
Time Worldwide, located in Southfield, Michigan and pick up your order.
WHERE IS BIG
TIME WORLDWIDE LOCATED We are located in the prestigious
Southfield Town Center, in Southfield Michigan. Our address is 4000 Town Center
Suite 55 Southfield, Michigan 48075. We have a lobby that’s open 9am to 6pm and
we’ll be glad to serve you in person. Our offices are located approximately
near 10 mile and Evergreen.
WHAT FORMS
OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT We accept all major credit cards except
Diner’s Club International & Discover. We also accept cashier’s checks,
wire transfer, paypal and money orders. We can take a company check, however,
we do not accept personal checks.

FIND UPCOMING EVENTS You can explore our web site, which lists
all major upcoming events and schedules for Michigan and National events. If
you don’t see your event of interest, call or e-mail us and we will get you
your seats! Remember, tickets are available world wide!
WHO CAN BUY
TICKETS FROM BIG TIME WORLDWIDE We are a ticket outlet/club open to
everyone who loves music, wants to enjoy great shows and wants to get up close
to the performers they love! Anyone and everyone including corporations,
government and individual consumers can purchase our premium seats!
WHY DO TICKETS SOMETIMES COST A LOT MORE
THAN THEIR FACE VALUE Since we obtain tickets from other
individuals in addition to season ticket holders, they in turn may have
obtained tickets from someone else that may have charged them for their
services. Ticket prices skyrocket when the seating is very limited and the
event is in demand. But rest assured, you will always get the best price in
town!
WHAT
HAPPENES IF THE SHOW GETS CANCELED Your money is your money! You work hard for
it. Just return the tickets to us within 48 hours of cancellation and we will
be more than happy to exchange your seats for a different date, event or
location if one is available. Or if possible we will refund your money minus
the 5% service fee.
CAN YOU GET
ME BACKSTAGE/ PIT PASSES We are, in most cases, able to provide pit
passes at an additional cost. However, backstage passes are a lot harder to
come by. Backstage passes are usually for promoters, sponsors, family members
of the performers and in few cases, for the media; i.e. radio and TV stations.
As rare as they are, sometimes we do have them available. Just ask.

owned and in no way affiliated with any box office, venue or other ticket
agency. Our tickets are sold at above the face value. The price printed on the
ticket will generally not be our selling price. Our prices reflect the cost and
difficulty in obtaining the premium seating that we offer. |

Standard Ticket Orders These tickets
are generally in stock and the customer knows the exact seating location at the
time of purchase. Since our online ordering function is not in "real time",
occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available. If tickets that
were ordered are no longer available, there is usually an option to purchase
tickets in a similar seating location, at the same or a similar price. Customers
are not obligated to accept tickets other than those originally ordered. Credit
Cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability. If tickets
are labeled "GA" this means General Admission.
Orders over $1000.00
require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out by the credit
cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and
back) and drivers license. Big Time Worldwide reserves the right to request a
Credit Card Authorization Form at its discretion.
Once an order has been
confirmed, a sales agent will contact the customer via Email, fax or phone.
Tickets are generally delivered within a few days of order confirmation
or by a mutually agreed upon date. |
Pre-Orders Pre-Orders Tickets for some events
are not obtainable until closer to the date of the event. Pre-Orders involve
tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Exact
seating locations are not yet available so orders are taken for general seating
locations. Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases
deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as
the day of the event. There is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will
be delivered other than prior to the event. Please refer to individual event
pages or call for more information. On pre-orders, tickets are guaranteed to be
in pairs unless other arrangements have been made.
Pre-Orders over
$400.00 require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be signed by the credit
cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and
back) and drivers license. (This form will be generated for you during the
checkout process if ordering online) Big Time Worldwide reserves the right to
request a Credit Card Authorization Form at its discretion.
We reserve
the right to upgrade tickets to a higher priced seating location at no
additional cost to the customer.
Once an order has been confirmed, a
sales agent will contact you via Email, fax or phone.
Please Note: If a
Credit Card Authorization Form is required to process an order, a copy of the
cardholders drivers license and the front and back of the credit card being
used must be included with the completed form when it is returned to us. All
customer information is strictly confidential and used only to verify the
customers identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Authorization Forms must be
returned to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel an order if
the proper documentation has not been returned to us even if the order has been
confirmed. Please follow instructions carefully. |
TicketFast / eTickets There is a new
form of tickets called Ticketfast or eTickets. These are your actual tickets and
are valid and 100% legitimate tickets. Each ticket features a unique bar code
that is scanned at the gate. Make sure you bring these tickets with you to the
event, or you will not be admitted without them. Present your ticket at the
gate, they will be scanned by the attendant and you will be admitted.
Do
not copy your tickets. The scanners will only allow one entry per unique bar
coded ticket.
Make sure you keep these tickets in a safe place like you
would cash and prtect it just like you would any other ticket. |
Forms of Payment CREDIT CARDS: We accept all
major forms of credit: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Paypal, and Bank Check Cards
bearing the VISA logo. In some cases a credit card authorization form must be
filled out and returned to us along with a copy of the cardholder's Drivers
license and credit card.
ON ACCOUNT: It is now possible for some clients
to purchase tickets on account. Please see below for more information.
CHECKS: If time permits payment by check is an option. We accept
cashier's checks and money orders. Company or Personal check orders ship AFTER
check payment has cleared. This can take up to 7-10 business days.
CASH:
This type of payment must be made in person.
Corporate
Accounts Corporate customers have the option of starting an account with us.
Benefits include monthly billing and working with our most skilled and
experienced agents and that's only the beginning. We possess a strong desire to
initiate and nurture long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all of our

Shipping FedEx is used for all shipments and a
signature is required upon delivery for every order. FedEx will NOT deliver to a
P.O. Box so you must provide us with a physical street address.
Most
orders for regular season NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL games, concerts, and theatre are
shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Orders for some events are not
delivered until very close to the date of the event. We may contact the customer
to confirm the shipping address prior to shipment. We offer three different
shipping methods:
Federal Express Saturday Delivery - $25 Federal
Express Priority Overnight - $15 Federal Express Two Day Service - $10
International Orders We do ship Internationally, with
various exceptions. We will contact you in the event that we cannot ship to your
location. Prices to common international destinations are below, all prices in
US Dollars:

Delivery of Tickets All delivery
times are subject to availability in your delivery area.
Upon delivery of
tickets from FedEx, customer has 48 hours to contact us about any mistakes or
discrepancies about tickets and/or seating locations. Discrepancies include,
tickets shipped are in the wrong section or row, the tickets are for the wrong
event or date or the tickets are damaged. In cases like this, every effort will
be made to correct the problem. If the tickets ordered are no longer available,
and replacement tickets are not an option, the order will be cancelled. The
customer must ship the tickets back to Big Time Worldwide to receive a refund.
There are absolutely no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on orders with no
discrepancies.
Due to the time sensitive nature of the ticket resale
industry, Big Time Worldwide has fulfilled its contractual duty when tickets are
shipped to the address provided by the client. Big Time Worldwide is not
responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the
package being returned to sender due to the client not being available to sign
for the package at the time of delivery. Big Time Worldwide will keep packages
returned by Federal Express on hand for later re-delivery to the customer. Big
Time Worldwide is not responsible for any customer caused delays in delivery
after the order has been shipped.
Prior to the order being shipped, the
client is responsible to inform Big Time Worldwide of changes in the shipping
address.
If a shipment needs to be redirected after it has been shipped,
the customer may be responsible for a $10.00 address correction fee charged by
Federal Express. Any shipment that is requested to be held at a Federal Express
location requires a photo ID to pick-up. These shipping methods must be arranged
with your sales representative.
Will-Call Occasionally tickets
will not be available in time to ship. In this case all shipping fees will be
refunded and the tickets left at a designated will call area for pick-up the day
of the event. A photo ID is required for all will-call pickup locations.

Cancellations / Postponements If
an event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the tickets minus any
shipping or handling fees will be refunded to the customer unless the
cancellation is due to an act of nature (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.),
venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government,
terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations,
refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event;
the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time
of the event.
Customer Cancellations Once we receive payment
the customer CANNOT cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for
any reason other than what is specified above.
Golf and Tennis -
Partial Event Cancellations If multi-day events such as golf or tennis
tournaments have one day's play canceled or postponed, tickets purchased for
that date may not be honored for another days play or redeemed for tickets that
would. There would be no refund given in this situation.
Lost or
Stolen Tickets We take great pride in our customer service and will
always do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, because we are not the box
office or venue, it is not possible for us to reissue lost or stolen tickets.
Please put your tickets in a safe place as soon as you receive them. |
General Policies If it is discovered that
documentation necessary to process an order is incomplete due to customer error,
the order may be canceled even after confirmation. In this situation the
customer will be given a full refund.
All times listed are local for the
event. Furthermore, all dates and times are subject to change and should be
verified by the buyer prior to the event.
Due to the nature of our
business, delivery of tickets for certain events could be as late as the day of
the event. Under extremely rare circumstances tickets may not be obtainable at
all. In this case our liability shall be limited to one and one half times the
original purchase price.
Since tickets are bought and sold on an open
market, prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any
time, for any reason whatsoever.
Some events and venues enforce age
restrictions, i.e. "21 and over". It is the buyers duty to determine prior to
purchasing tickets whether such a policy exists. We will not be liable for
refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. Furthermore, it is the
customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is
appropriate for either themselves or others in their party. Some shows and
concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. We
will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends,
frightens, angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no
refunds, credits or exchanges under either of these circumstances. |
