HOW ARE TICKET PRICES DETERMINED?
The prices of tickets are based on many different variables, mainly, on the market supply and demand. It is important to understand that ticket holders who want to sell their seats are the one's that set the prices. They are influenced by availability, demand, seating quality etc. We cannot guarantee cheap seats, or front row seats but we can guarantee you that we will find you the best price on the market that fits your budget and your preferred location.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO NUMBER OF SEATS I MAY PURCHASE?
You can purchase as many seats as you like. Of course, if you are interested in more than 8 tickets you should always call us in advance, preferably before the event goes on sale. If you are interested in group packages, or a block of tickets, say a whole row for your company, we might require a small deposit, which is, of course refundable in case if the show is canceled or we are unable to fill your order due to availability issues. If you want an odd number of seats, such as 1 or 3 or 7, they are a little harder to obtain. You are better off buying an extra ticket, and bringing an extra person who will pay for it. Otherwise, there are no set policies on the amount of tickets you can purchase.
HOW DO I BUY THE TICKETS?
Buying tickets is as easy as 1,2,3! All you have to do is give us a call at (800)398-4253 or 248-827-7678 if you are in Michigan. We will take your order over the phone, and will ask you to fax us a copy of your license and your credit card if this is your first time shopping with us. The reason why require that, is to protect you, and ourselves from credit card fraud. All of your information is kept strictly confidential. Your tickets are shipped to you via Fed Ex, or UPS, depending on your area. Usually, tickets are sent over night. If you are located in the Metro Detroit area, we have couriers who can deliver your seats directly to your home or office. We charge a 3.5% fee on all transactions if an order is placed via telephone. This fee also covers shipping and handling. You can also purchase tickets online if the event is listed in our database. If the event is not listed, please use the CONTACT US link on our main page, and fill out the ticket request form. Internet orders are usually processed faster than other orders, since we have staff specifically trained to provide this capability.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
The media has painted buying over the Internet just as dangerous as handing your credit card to a first person you see on the street and asking them to hold on to it for you. Fortunately, it is nothing more but fairy tales. The credit card transaction FRAUD RATE is over 5% for the retail purchases and significantly less than 1% over the Internet.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Your tickets are shipped to you via Fed Ex, or UPS, depending on your area. Usually, tickets are sent over night. If you are located in the Metro Detroit area, we have couriers who can deliver your seats directly to your home or office. We can also leave your tickets for you to pick up at the venue drop off window. Or if you are in the metro Detroit/Southfield area, you can always come in to our office to pick up your tickets.

We are located in the prestigious Southfield Town Center, in Southfield, Michigan. Our Address is 4000 Town Center Suite 55, Southfield, MI 48075. We have a lobby that's open from 9 am to 6:00 PM and we'll be glad to serve you in person! Our offices are located approximately near 10 mile and Northwestern hwy/Evergreen hwy.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards except for the Diner's Club International & Discover. We also accept cashier's checks, wire transfers, paypal and money orders. We can also take a company check, however we do not accept any personal checks.
HOW CAN I VIEW UPCOMING EVENTS?
You can explore our web site, which lists all major upcoming events and schedules for Michigan and some National Events. If you don't see your event of interest, call us or e-mail us, and we will get you seats! Remember, tickets are available nationwide and worldwide!
WHY ARE SOME TICKETS PRICED WAY OVER FACE VALUE?
Since we obtain tickets from other individuals, they may have obtained tickets from someone else, who has charged them for their services etc., Ticket prices skyrocket when the seating is very limited and the event is a nationwide event. But be assured, you will always get the best price in town!
HOW DO I KNOW MY TICKETS ARE NOT FAKE OR STOLEN?
We have been in business for over two decades, and we have more experience than any other ticket brokers in this business. We carefully screen all of our sellers, and if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, we refuse to serve them. We have staff trained in determining counterfeits from real tickets, that screens every single ticket. If there is a problem, with your tickets, we will gladly refund your money. However, for statistical purposes, in the past two decades big time worldwide has not sold a single ticket that has been fake or stolen. We closely work with the law enforcement officials to prevent fraud, counterfeiting, theft and forgery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHOW GETS CANCELLED?
Your money is your money! You worked hard for it. Just return the tickets to us within 48 hours of cancellation, and we will be more than happy to exchange your seats for a different date, event or location if one is available. Or we will refund your money minus the 5% service charge.
HOW DO I SELL MY TICKETS TO BIG TIME WORLDWIDE?

CAN I GET BACKSTAGE OR PIT PASSES?
Pit passes in most cases we can provide at additional cost; however backstage passes are a lot harder to come by. Backstage passes are usually for promoters, sponsors and family members of the performers, and in very few cases, for the media, such as. Radio and TV stations. As rare as these are, sometimes we do have them available.
